Questions
Do you charge per employee?
No. Every plan is a flat monthly price for the whole company, with an employee ceiling. Hiring five people does not change your bill until you cross a tier.
Are accruals really in the cheapest paid plan?
Yes, and that is deliberate. Every competitor we know of gates accruals, proration or carryover into a top tier. They are the core of the product, so they are in every paid plan including Starter.
What happens when we go over the employee limit?
Nothing breaks. You keep working and we prompt you to move up a tier. We do not lock you out of your own leave records.
Can we pay annually?
Yes, at two months free. That is a 17% discount, which matches the category norm.
Who handles the payment and the tax?
PayPro Global is our merchant of record. They collect payment and handle VAT, US sales tax and GST/HST, so your invoice is complete and compliant wherever you are.
Can we cancel?
Any time, from your billing settings. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and you can export everything as CSV before you go.
