Data processing addendum

Who we are

PTODesk is operated by AppShow LLC, a Delaware limited liability company registered at 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, Delaware, USA.

Payments

Payments are processed by PayPro Global, acting as merchant of record. PayPro is the seller of record for your subscription and is responsible for collecting and remitting applicable sales tax, VAT and GST/HST. Your invoice and any refund is issued by PayPro. We never receive or store your card details.

What we store

To run a leave tracker we store the names, work email addresses, hire dates and leave records of the employees you add. Leave dates are stored as calendar dates rather than timestamps, so a day off does not shift across timezones.

We do not store payment card details, government identifiers, or health information beyond the leave type you choose to record.

Calendar feeds

Calendar feed URLs contain a random unguessable token and are readable by anyone who has the link, because Google Calendar and Outlook cannot authenticate to a subscribed feed. Feed URLs are excluded from search engines and can be regenerated at any time from your settings.
