Who we are

PTODesk is operated by AppShow LLC, a Delaware limited liability company registered at 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, Delaware, USA.

Payments

Payments are processed by PayPro Global, acting as merchant of record. PayPro is the seller of record for your subscription and is responsible for collecting and remitting applicable sales tax, VAT and GST/HST. Your invoice and any refund is issued by PayPro. We never receive or store your card details.

Plans and limits

Plans are priced per company, not per seat, and each has an employee ceiling. Exceeding the ceiling does not lock you out of your records; we will ask you to move up a tier.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Access continues to the end of the period already paid for. You can export your employees, balances and leave history as CSV before or after cancelling.
