Free PTO tracker for up to 5 employees
The whole product, capped at five employees. No credit card and no trial clock.
Free for teams up to 5 · No credit card
Free is a plan, not a countdown
Free

- Accruals, proration and carryover
- Approvals and team calendar
- US holidays and calendar feed
No credit card, no 14-day clock, no feature stripped out.
Free is a plan, not a countdown
No card, no fourteen-day timer, and no feature removed to make the paid tier look better. Five employees is the only limit, and the cap is honest about what it is — most tools cap the free tier exactly where the pain begins.

Accruals included, which is unusual
The thing most products reserve for a paid tier is in the free one. If your policy is ten days a year earned per pay period with a five-day carryover cap, that works at zero dollars a month.

Everything a five-person team actually needs
Requests, approvals, the team calendar, US federal holidays and a calendar feed for Google or Outlook. Nothing here is a demo of a better version.

Every number is a sum of ledger entries — nothing stored that can drift.
Upgrade only when the sixth person arrives
And when you do, it is a flat $29 for up to twenty-five people rather than a per-seat charge that grows every time you hire.

How this compares
The honest version. We are not the simplest tool in this category and we do not try to be.

Questions
What is the catch with the free plan?
The employee cap. Above five people you need a paid plan. Everything else — accruals, proration, carryover, approvals, the calendar feed — is the same product the paying customers use.
Does the free plan expire?
No. There is no trial clock on it and no card on file. If you stay at five employees you can stay free indefinitely.
What happens when we hire a sixth person?
We prompt you to move to Starter at $29 a month for up to twenty-five employees. We do not lock you out of your existing leave records to force the decision.
